Login Issues

If you are having issues logging into your site, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure you are using your USC Net ID
2. Ensure that you are a user within the site WordPress Administration by having another user check Users > All Users. Remember when creating new users that your username must be your USC NET ID username.
3. If all of this fails, open a Service Now Ticket with your site URL, your USC Net ID username and any information you can provide.
